A Platinum-certified music producer turned software engineer with over 18,000 hours of coding experience and more than 50 MVPs built. After years navigating the highs and lows of the music industry, he pivoted into tech carrying that same creative discipline into building products that make life easier, faster, and more transparent. Bryan brings extensive experience in full-stack development, AI integration, and rapid MVP prototyping to Monarch Labs.
Comes from 15 years in nonprofit leadership and a decade as a wellness entrepreneur. After running a successful organic skincare company, she earned certification in UI/UX design and now leads project management, product flow, and creative direction at Monarch Labs. Lauren combines strategic business acumen with user-centered design principles to create impactful digital products.
